Los Kjarkas are a symbol of music and culture in Bolivia and one of the most influential ensembles in Andean music.
For over five decades, Los Kjarkas have revolutionised Andean music, embracing the richness of traditional folk rhythms and instruments and creating their own sound, which has become representative of several generations. Their soulful melodies, sublime arrangements, stunning vocal harmonies and expressive lyrics have won fans across Latin America and beyond.
Their song "Llorando Se Fue" was used by Kaoma to create the worldwide hit "Lambada", which was later adapted by several artists, including Jennifer Lopez, Bob Sinclair and Don Omar.
For half a century, Los Kjarkas have travelled the world with Bolivian music as their standard, giving more than 6,000 concerts in Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, introducing their joyful and melancholic music to audiences around the world.
This is their first UK show in over a decade, part of their European tour 2025.
