Renowned Argentine multi-instrumentalist, composer, and music producer Gustavo Santaolalla is thrilled to announce his upcoming concert tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of his iconic album "RONROCO." With a diverse career spanning from cinematic compositions to music production, Santaolalla has made an indelible mark on the industry.

Recipient of two consecutive Academy Awards for Best Original Score in 2005 and 2006 for his work on "Brokeback Mountain" and "Babel," respectively, Santaolalla has displayed his unique ability to craft compositions that evoke profound emotions and resonate with audiences. With 2 Grammys, 19 Latin Grammys, 2 Baftas, and 1 Golden Globe to his name, his artistic journey stands as a testament to his unmatched influence and talent.

The album "RONROCO," which marked a turning point in his career, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. This album not only introduced Santaolalla's magnificent musicality to the world but also led to collaborations with esteemed film directors. From its inclusion in Michael Mann's "The Insider" to partnerships with Alejandro González Iñárritu for "Babel” and Walter Salles for "The Motorcycle Diaries," "RONROCO" has been a pivotal element in cinematic storytelling.

The concert tour, set to commence in 2024, will bring "RONROCO" to life in a live setting for the first time. The performances will also include a selection of other iconic Santaolalla compositions. Alongside his cinematic contributions, audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy tracks from his involvement in the video game "The Last Of Us," as well as other notable soundtracks like "The Book of Life" and "Freak Power: The Ballot of the Bomb." Backed by his new band comprising of five multi-instrumentalist musicians, Santaolalla promises a unique and emotive sensorial experience at each performance.
